LATEST INFORMATION.

Below contains very important information for you to read before attending your appointment including the latest COVID-19 studio rules, how to find us and do's and don't's.

COVID-19

  • If you are planning to have the vaccine, it is extremely important that you do NOT have your treatment done until 4 weeks after each vaccination and 4 weeks before. This includes all procedures (Microblading, Ombré, Combination, Removal, Top-ups, and patch tests). Chelsea Brows is not responsible for any reactions that could occur during or after any treatments after client has received the COVID-19 vaccination. As we do not have any idea if this vaccine could change or affect the pigment and its longevity within the skin, we do not hold any responsibility for any loss or changes of pigment, and by attending your appointment, you agree to have your treatment done at your own risk.

  • Please attend appointments alone unless agreed otherwise.

  • Do NOT attend if you have ANY symptoms of COVID.

  • A fresh DISPOSABLE mask should be worn during your treatment. Reusable masks cannot be worn during your treatment due to hygiene reasons.

Other important information

  • Please make sure you are fit and healthy on the day of and the run up to your appointment. You may be asked to rearrange your appointment if you attend unwell. This includes the common cold, chest/throat infection, sickness or diarrhea, etc. If your immune system is compromised, your wound from the treatment may not heal as it should and your chance of infection in the area is higher.

  • Please avoid coffee and alcohol for at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. Afterward is fine.

  • Food cannot be consumed inside of the studio but it is very important to eat BEFORE coming to your appointment. Due to the nature of the procedure, clients can sometimes begin to feel lightheaded/faint if no food is consumed prior to appointment.

  • Patch tests will be arranged for either collection from the studio or delivery for around 3 weeks prior to appointment date after you book your appointment and fill in the consultation form that can be found in your Booksy app. Patch test kits will come with 'how to' instructions.

  • Cash, bank transfer, or payment via the booksy app only. No card machine available at this time.
