18'S AND OVER...

Permanent makeup is not for anyone under the age of 18. Please bring ID with you to your appointment as you may be asked for proof of age. If you can not provide this and we do not think you are 18 or above, we may turn you away which means you will lose your booking fee.

BOOKING FEES...

Please note that booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to another appointment slot with a minimum of 5 days notice. A new booking fee will need to be paid to secure the new appointment date if 5 days notice is not given.

FIRST TOP UP/ BOOSTER

Top-ups taken within 3 months after initial treatment are £50. Normal top-up prices anytime after that.

However, these top-ups aren't always needed and must be cancelled if they aren't. (5 Days notice required to avoid a charge).

STRICTLY NO CHILDREN...

Unfortunately, children are not permitted in the salon for safety reasons. Please arrange childcare in advance. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

CANCELLATIONS / LATE SHOWS...

People who cancel last minute or do not turn up for their appointment slot on the allocated time and day will be charged extra when re-booking. The extra cost will be taken upfront and will not be a part of your booking fee.

TOP UPS...

After you've had your first two treatments, any additional treatments are then to be charged at the current top-up rate. It is very rare that anyone will need a top-up soon after but If you do require a third treatment, it may be down to your skin and/or lifestyle or maybe the way the aftercare was performed after each treatment and therefore will not be free or discounted. 

MEDICAL ISSUES...

If you have any type of medical issue, taking medication, or have had any operations, please inform us when booking your appointment. There may be some reasons why we cannot go ahead with the treatment without a Doctors note and some which may stop us from being able to do the treatment altogether. We do not want to waste your time and we don't want to waste ours, so please arrange an appointment with your doctor prior to your appointment at Chelsea Brows if you have any concerns.

PREVIOUS WORK...

If you have had any type of tattooing previously on your brows, you MUST contact us directly using our contact form below either before booking an appointment or immediately after. We may not be able to go over other technicians' work so they must be checked and approved by Chelsea first. Even if you think they are faded enough, you still must make us aware of this because what you may see as faded, may not be faded enough for a successful cover-up. Turning up to your appointment having not made us aware of your previously tattooed brows, will result in your deposit being lost if we cannot go ahead with treatment. Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE in this case.
